Corporate & Regulatory Compliance

We operate as a fully legal and registered entity within the Republic of Indonesia, ensuring accountability and adherence to national laws.

• Legal Entity: We are a registered Indonesian Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas – PT).
• Tourism License (SIUP-PARIWISATA): We hold a valid Tourism Business License issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to conduct marine tourism activities.
• Tax Compliance (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer with a valid Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), contributing to the national economy.
• Parent Company Standards: As part of the Juara Holding Group, we adhere to a strict corporate governance and ethics code.

Maritime Safety & Vessel Certification

Our fleet is maintained to the highest possible standards, exceeding the requirements set by maritime law.

• Indonesian Flagged & Certified: All our vessels are registered in Indonesia and are subject to regular, rigorous inspections by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut).
• Seaworthiness Certification: Each yacht possesses all required safety and seaworthiness documents, including the Pas Besar (Tonnage Certificate) and Surat Laut (Certificate of Registry).
• Advanced Safety Equipment: Our yachts are equipped with state-of-the-art safety gear, including Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRB), satellite phones, SOLAS-grade life rafts, full medical kits, and automated fire suppression systems.
• Preventative Maintenance: We employ a full-time, certified marine engineering team that follows a strict preventative maintenance schedule for all on-board systems, from our electric propulsion to our navigation electronics.

Crew Training & Certification

Our crew is our greatest safety asset. We invest heavily in their training and certification.

• STCW Certified: All deck and engine crew hold valid STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) certificates, the international standard for maritime professionals.
• First Aid & Emergency Response: All crew members, including hospitality staff, are certified in First Aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
• Regular Drills: We conduct weekly safety drills covering man-overboard, fire, and abandon-ship scenarios to ensure our team is always prepared for any eventuality.
• Employee Welfare: All employees are fully insured under the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (workforce social security) and BPJS Kesehatan (health insurance) programs.

Operational Safety Protocols

Safety is integrated into every step of our operational planning and execution.

• Real-Time Monitoring: Our entire fleet is monitored via GPS tracking from our on-shore operations center.
• Weather Monitoring: Our captains use advanced weather forecasting tools and consult with the Indonesian Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) to make informed decisions about voyage planning.
• Emergency Partnerships: We have established emergency protocols and direct communication lines with Bali’s top international medical facility, BIMC Hospital, as well as local Search and Rescue (Basarnas) teams.
• IATA Partner Compliance: For our fly-in packages, we work exclusively with IATA-accredited travel agencies to ensure all flight and transfer logistics meet global safety and security standards.
